Depression can be described as a persistent feeling or state of sadness that is often accompanied by a loss of interest or pleasure in things once enjoyed in life. Other symptoms of depression can include a loss of motivation, feeling more tired than usual, negative or critical self-talk, as well as feeling anxious or overwhelmed. In a world where depression affects tens of millions of people, it doesn't discriminate. It can happen to anyone and takes a toll. 

Using the tools of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, we will dig deep to explore possible triggers for your mood, your negative behaviours and thinking patterns as well as your feelings and how you relate to them. Together, we will collaborate on where change could best serve you in your life right now. Using evidence-based strategies and techniques, you’ll learn how to approach life’s challenges with a fresh new perspective so you can start to feel better quickly.
