Depression

Depression hurts. It can feel heavy, overwhelming and exhausting to carry day after day. It can take the pleasure out of things you once enjoyed, even making small tasks feel like too much. Depression shows up in many ways - feeling tired or irritable, losing motivation, feeling sad or numb, overthinking, being hard on yourself, pulling away from others or  sleeping more. Depression can affect anyone. When it does, it takes a real toll - draining your energy, focus and sense of hope. But you don't have to figure this  out alone. With the right support, it's possible to start taking small, steady steps toward feeling better and reconnecting with yourself and your life again.

Using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and complementary modalities, we'll focus on the "here and now" challenges that are affecting your mood - your thoughts, feelings and how you respond to them. Together, we'll uncover what's keeping you feeling stuck and identify practical strategies and solutions to help you move forward. CBT is widely recognized as a highly effective, evidence-based approach for helping people create real, meaningful change.
