I offer counselling services to adults and teens. My office is located near Jane and Bloor, in the Bloor West Village area of Toronto. After graduating from York University where I earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work, I completed training in various therapeutic models including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) for Anxiety and Depression, Mindfulness, Addictions Counselling and Emotion-Focused Therapy for Couples.
With over 7 years of experience as a therapist, I will help you develop new ways of coping with the difficulties you are facing. I use a variety of evidence-based strategies and techniques that will increase your motivation, improve your communication skills, dial down your anxiety and help you to make meaningful, long-lasting changes in your life. I also have over 15 years experience in supportive counselling, helping people change and reach their goals.
Raised in Toronto, I currently live with my husband, daughters and an easily excitable double doodle named Maisy.
